Payment Policies

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following terms & conditions:‐

  • The payment is accepted against online classified services, Product Shopping only.
  • The payment is not charged for any Job OR Placement services.
  • Completion of Payment is required to confirm online registration through our official payment gateway.
  • The descriptions of all the services, products are as per standard structure available as per the norms by actual service provider.
  • The Charges quoted are in Indian Rupees. The “ALIBAG ONLINE” reserves the right to change the fees as per the policies.
  • In no event will the “Alibag Online” be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund Policy

  • No Refund request is entertained for the Classified service publication and the user is requested to go through complete guidelines, before proceeding with the payment.
  • Refunds, if applicable, in case of Product Shopping at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the “Alibag Online” to refund (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

Security

  • The total e‐payment online transactions are executed using state of the art technology (SSL) to ensure secured transaction.
  • “Alibag Online” shall not be liable for any failure by the User or third party making payment of Fees to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.

Service Provider

  • “Alibag Online” is not directly involved in the online payment but through service provider.
  • In the event that the User / Customer does not receive confirmation within 7 days of making the payment it is the responsibility of the User to check with the “Alibag Online” that the payment has been accepted.
  • The User shall remain responsible for the payment until such time as the confirmation as referred to above is received from the “Alibag Online” in relation to each of these and any outstanding amounts owed to the “Alibag Online”.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Classified Adds
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {admin@alibag.online}

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
