Palm Pearl is a private villa with 5 bedrooms and two halls

Two bedrooms and a huge hall are on the ground floor.

Three of the bedrooms and a small hall are on the first floor.

All the bedrooms are well furnished with Queen size bed, an additional folding queen size bed, a wardrobe and are self contained with attached bathrooms.

The hall is equipped with sofas for comfortable sitting

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Every room of Palm Pearl is huge well ventilated with large glass windows to give an uninterrupted view of nature

The villa can accommodate upto 24 people in the bedrooms.

We provide extra beds/mattresses as per the requirement

The hall on the ground floor has a sitting capacity of almost 30 ƒ?? 35 pax.

Apart from the rooms specified above the villa has 1 more room which is for staff use only ƒ?? The kitchen. Entry to the kitchen is separated from the rest of the rooms and guest entry/usage for this is strictly restricted.

A huge veranda on the ground floor adds to the beauty of the villa.

Lush green lawn in front of the villa adds to the serenity of the space.

The garden is well maintained and showcases many plants.

A terrace on the 1st floor is laid with artificial lawn and is a perfect place for a evening sit out.

We provide a bluetooth music system with karaoke mic on request free of charge to play your favorite tunes.

Arrangements for special occasions are done as per requirement (shall attract extra charges).

Balloon / floral decorations can also be arranged as per request (shall attract extra charges).

Meals / Snacks/ Tea are served in the in the hall and veranda.

Sitting arrangement with comfortable tables and chairs is done as per requirement (no extra charges for simple sitting arrangement).

Dining/Tea/Coffee/snacks are not permitted inside the rooms as it may invite ants and other creatures due to spillage food and make your stay uncomfortable.
